1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and kayu33 ("kayu33", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of kayu33.win and all associated services, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sportsbook betting, and any ancillary services or features offered through the kayu33 platform.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register for or use a kayu33 account:

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one kayu33 account at any time. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where kayu33 identifies or reasonably suspects multiple account activity, all accounts involved may be suspended, and any balances, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals may be forfeited in their entirety.

You agree to notify kayu33 customer support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your kayu33 account. kayu33 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

3.4 Non-Transferability. kayu33 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your kayu33 account or any rights therein to any third party.

3.5 Account Closure. kayu33 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Member account at its sole discretion, including where kayu33 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that kayu33 determines to be contrary to its operational interests or applicable standards.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kayu33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at kayu33 is RM 20 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Member's account verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory identity verification. kayu33 targets the following processing timelines: Touch 'n Go eWallet withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals within one business day of approval. These timelines are targets only and may be subject to variation due to payment processor processing times, security review requirements, or other factors outside kayu33's direct control.

4.4 Own Payment Methods Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. kayu33 reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party sources and to suspend accounts associated with such deposits.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. kayu33 may require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.

4.6 No Interest. kayu33 does not pay interest on Member account balances held on the kayu33 platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 kayu33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Members. All such bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer at the time the offer is made available.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Member's kayu33 account are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. kayu33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where kayu33 reasonably determines that the bonus has been obtained through fraudulent activity, manipulation of the platform, abuse of multiple accounts, or any other conduct that kayu33 considers to constitute bonus abuse.

5.5 Employees Excluded. Employees and contractors of kayu33 are not eligible to participate in any bonus or promotional programme.

6. Gameplay Rules

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

6.2 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a system error, technical fault, or software malfunction affecting a game outcome or the crediting of winnings, kayu33 reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and to refund the relevant wagers to the Member's kayu33 account. kayu33 is not obligated to honour incorrect payouts arising from technical errors.

6.3 RNG Integrity. All slot and virtual game outcomes on the kayu33 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. kayu33 publishes verified Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games.

Results are final once confirmed by the dealer and the live game system. 7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the kayu33 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;

8. Responsible Gaming

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to take a break from the kayu33 platform may activate self-exclusion at any time from their kayu33 account dashboard or by contacting kayu33 customer support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and may be set for defined periods or on an indefinite basis. During any self-exclusion period, the Member is prohibited from accessing the kayu33 platform, and kayu33 will use reasonable technical measures to enforce this restriction.

8.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits and loss limits via their kayu33 account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect. Limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before the increased limit becomes active.

9. Intellectual Property

9.2 kayu33 grants Members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kayu33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in or to kayu33 IP are granted by these Terms or by your use of the kayu33 platform.

9.3 Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any kayu33 IP without the prior written consent of kayu33.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kayu33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kayu33 platform.

10.2 kayu33's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms and the Member's use of the kayu33 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their kayu33 account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10.3 kayu33 does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10.4 The kayu33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kayu33 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 kayu33's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the kayu33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a kayu33 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
